No, unfortunately, there are no ATMs. The closest ATMs are in Riddes, Isérables or Verbier.
What are the opening hours of the supermarket?
In winter, the ‘Marché de la Tzoumaz’ is open every day from 7:30 am to 12 noon / 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Where can I buy a ski/sledge pass?
You can buy your ski/ski pass online or you can buy it at the ski lift ticket offices. If you buy it online and don’t have a keycard, you can choose to collect it at the machine, at the tourist office or at the ski lift ticket offices.

Are there restaurants in the ski area?
Due to the health crisis, all restaurants and bars are closed until the end of February, including in the ski area. The restaurants of Savoleyres and Croix-de-Coeur offer take-away meals. Find all the altitude restaurants here.

Are the restaurants and bars open?
No, restaurants and bars have been closed since 26 December 2020 but some offer a take-away service here.
What health measures are in place in the ski area?
Wearing a mask is compulsory in all queues and in the facilities, including ski lifts. Hygiene measures and safety distances must be observed in all queues, in facilities and in all buildings.
Disinfectant is available in all buildings and queues. The facilities are regularly disinfected. Ground markings will help you maintain the safety distances.
Following the announcement of new measures by the Federal Council, the capacity of the ski lifts was limited to 2/3. We thank you for showing patience even if queues are formed, for respecting the safety distances and the markings on the ground, and for wearing an approved mask.
We recommend that you buy your ski pass online before coming to La Tzoumaz.

What are the sanitary measures in the resort?
Wearing a mask is compulsory in closed places such as the Marché de La Tzoumaz, sports shops, cash desks and the tourist office. Please respect safety distancing at all times. Private or public gatherings of more than 5 people are prohibited. This rule also applies to the rental of apartments or chalets.
