This page, dear partners, allows you to publish your events and activities on latzoumaz.ch.
Promoting your events
Below, you will find the form to complete in order to have your events listed on the partners’ calendar.
Information:
- If your event takes place annually, you do not need to complete the form again the following year; instead, please email us (info@latzoumaz.ch) and ask us to update the dates, programme and images
- The form can only be completed in French. If you already have a translation that you would like to send us, please include it in the French text, separated by “/”
- Once you have completed the form, we will need to validate your details and confirm that the event will be displayed on our website. It may take at least 48 hours for the event to go live.
- In the registration form, every field marked with an “*” must be completed; otherwise, the form cannot be submitted.
- Weekly activities: Please enter the full date range: from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025, for example. In the ‘Additional details’ section, please specify that it takes place every ‘Wednesday’, for example. We will make the necessary adjustments to ensure it is displayed correctly.
Terms of collaboration:
- Relevance: Events published must be organised by a partner of the resort and a member of the ACRT. Events taking place outside the municipality may only be included if they have a connection with La Tzoumaz. They must form part of a tourism, cultural or gastronomic initiative and be open to the general public.
- Timeline: Information must be received by us within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event date to allow for proper planning.
- Complete information: the details provided must be comprehensive and include all necessary information such as the date, time, venue, programme and registration details, where applicable
- Amendments and removal: the Tourist Office reserves the right to remove listings in the event of non-compliance with the terms of collaboration.
